We believe in a fairer world. One where the work we do every day in Minneapolis and Saint Paul can create real impact thousands of miles away. That's why we made a decision: a percentage of every service we provide goes directly to support children and low-income adults in Latin America, with a special focus on Ecuador. This initiative began in 2026 with a simple idea: small acts of generosity can create meaningful change when we come together. We're just getting started, and we look forward to sharing the impact of this initiative as it grows.

At the end of this year, our team will personally travel to Ecuador to deliver the collected resources directly to the families we support. We will document everything and share it with our community.

This isn't a marketing campaign. It's a value we live by — because we know that real change happens when businesses decide to be part of the solution.
